After providing the perfect summer social setting, INBLOOM is set to transform from an al fresco garden bar to HIBERNATE, a cosy retreat, offering shelter from the inevitable deluge of wind and rain as winter closes in.
Located in the heart of Spinningfields, on the edge of The Lawns in Hardman Square, HIBERNATE will provide a totally restructured interior and exterior, bringing a contemporary log cabin feel to Spinningfields, while also offering indoor and outdoor options. Situated next to the ice rink, drinkers can watch the action from the reclaimed timber booths inside, or cosy up by the fire pit outside.
In keeping with its décor, HIBERNATE’S menu is also set to evolve, with the team due to launch a brand new, seasonal cocktail and food menu. Bookings for Christmas parties are now also being taken.
The bar will be open 12.00-23.00 Sunday to Thursday, and 12.00-00:00 Friday and Saturday.
James Wrigley said; “INBLOOM has been a real success this summer, proving to be the ideal setting to while a few hours, sipping cocktails in the sunshine with your friends. With the sad, inevitable departure of the sun, we needed to change our décor and offering to adapt to the colder weather conditions and HIBERNATE is set to do just that. The Lawns became the place to go over the summer and with our new bar, we’re confident it will be the go-to location for the winter as well.”
