Since moving back to Manchester from Sydney, I can’t help but feel withdrawals from BBQs on the beach! When I found out about Grillstock I figured it would be the perfect way to get over my BBQ FOMO and embrace the British summer! Even better there is also live music, this pleases me so!

Grillstock is touted as Tthe UK’s hottest BBQ and music festival and is back for 2013 with two sizzling events coming to Bristol and Manchester, combining a low ‘n’ slow barbeque competition with international music, a cooking academy, unique craft beer bar and now legendary chilli eating and rib eating competitions. Along with this musical feast, festival goers can wash world class competition standard BBQ down at one of the three Brooklyn Brewery bars, promising some of the best craft beers shipped specially from the US.
