Miller & Carter, one of the UK’s top steakhouses, has launched its Autumn/Winter menu packed with new starters, main courses and desserts.

To start there’s Black Pearl Scallops served on a bed of black pudding with crispy pancetta and balsamic dressing. Back by popular demand is Miller & Carter’s famous Baked Cheddar Mushrooms – fresh button mushrooms roasted with spinach and served with in a scrumptious garlic and cheese sauce accompanied with garlic bread.

New, hearty main course additions include a Maple Glazed Lamb Rump served on a creamy mashed potato with fresh green beans and Mediterranean vegetables in a pine nut caponata with a bordelaise sauce. For game lovers there’s Orange & Ginger Duck – a grilled duck breast and confit leg served in an orange and ginger sauce served with creamy mashed potato and wilted spinach.

Of course, you’ll still find Miller & Carter’s finest beef, reared from handpicked British farms. Miller & Carter has eight cuts of steak available; each expertly cut, bloomed and grilled to order.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, why not finish off with one of their delicious desserts including a mouth watering Sticky date and ginger pudding, served warm with Devonshire toffee sauce, candied orange peel and vanilla bean ice cream, or Winterberry Mess made with crushed meringue and freshly whipped cream combined with a fruity berry compote.

A spokesperson from Miller & Carter said: “As the nights start to draw in our customers like to have some hearty, warming options to choose from so we’ve made a few changes to our menu to make sure they get exactly what they want.

“At Miller & Carter we pride ourselves in serving quality food in a relaxed, informal setting. We have some fantastic venues across the country, from the historic to modern and each one has a unique feel and personality.

“If you have never dined with us before, I’d recommend you come along and experience everything we have to offer. We have an extensive menu with something to suit every taste. And if you’re anywhere near as passionate about steak as we are, then Miller & Carter should be at the top of your ‘to do’ list.”
